There are all kinds of persons in the messy bar. Ko Chen who is dressed in a high-end suit doesn’t belong here, which, however, isn’t known by himself. And thus he is very attractive especially with his air of indifference, pride, and abstinence. The woman who is shouted back by Ko Chen originally thought that she had a chance to dig gold when she wasn’t refused at once. But unexpectedly her dream was broken in the next second and now little does she dare to approach him.

Ko Chen stands up from the booth and walks through the crowd. Looking steadily forward, he neglects the erotic impulse hidden in the darkness and strides out of the bar. After taking a deep breath, he slows down his pace and walks to the garage. Ko Chen doesn’t immediately drive away when getting on the car. He feels that there is a bunch of cotton wool in his chest, which makes him difficult to breathe. So he opens the window and lights a cigarette, feeling the debauchery of this city at night. The smoke of the cigarette clouds his cool face. And the cigarette is only smoked once and then it burns to ashes little by little, which falls down by the car. The nicotine takes his annoyance away and then he drives home in a good mood.

It is already midnight when he returns home. The house is in silence with only one hall light on. The light might be particularly lit by Uncle Zhang who has found him not back yet. Ko Chen takes off the suit jacket and puts it on his arm and goes upstairs to his room. However, before he reaches the door, a shadow appears. He stops and stares at it, speaking in a cold voice, “Who’s there?” It seems that the shadow falls asleep and is awakened by Ko Chen’s voice with a shake. It raises its head slowly, which makes its clothes rustle. Ko Chen squints at it and doesn’t expect to see a pale face: It is Yu Yu.

He is in a bad mood tonight and doesn’t want to talk to her. With his eyebrows frowning, he speaks impatiently, “Why are you here? I’ve told you that you are not allowed to be here without my permission.” Then Yu Yu stands up slowly. Since she hasn’t recovered completely yet, she nearly falls down. In the darkness, she looks more horrible like a ghost in a horror movie.

“Chen…” With her hoarse voice echoing in the corridor, she stumbles towards Ko Chen. But Ko Chen doesn’t have time to play this kind of silly trick. With a snap, the lights switch on and the corridor is filled with yellow light immediately. Her pale face is shown in the light. “Tell me what you want. I don’t have time to guess what you are thinking about.” Ko Chen almost loses his patience, looking at her coldly, which chills her quite a lot.

Seeing Ko Chen behaving like that, Yu Yu stops her steps, and her reddened eyes are filled with tears which almost tickle down. However, Yu Yu’s poor look doesn’t move Ko Chen at all. What’s more, his expression is even more cold. She stares at Ko Chen tearfully. Moments flash in her brain when he treated her well and especially when he always spoke for her in front of Yu Fei, which makes her feel more grievous. She finally starts to howl.

But the woman’s howl only pains Ko Chen’s head. Messaging his temples, he glances at her impatiently and thinks that except for her evil heart, maybe the woman’s brain doesn’t function well. As a result, he chooses to ignore her and walks back to his room past her. He is already tiresome after hanging out with Tan Lin in the day.

When Ko Chen passes by, Yu Yu doesn’t know where her courage comes from, and she reaches out her hands to drag his arms which are strong, muscular and masculine. “Are you…are you having affairs with another woman?” Yu Yu sobs and asks disjointedly. Ko Chen looks at Yu Yu surprisingly with his eyebrows raised. But unexpectedly, she looks back tearfully without fear.

Ko Chen feels it hilarious, because whether he has affairs with another woman or not is none of Yu Yu’s business. Maybe it’s because he has acted so well that Yu Yu really has regarded herself as a hostess in Ko House now. Since now there is nobody around, Ko Chen intends to break her daydream. He abruptly leans forwards Yu Yu with a charming smile.

She is scared by his sudden action and widens her eyes like a horrified rabbit. His voice is like demon’s to her, “Yu Yu, you should be clear about what you are. Don’t ask questions that you shouldn’t ask.” With his words her face becomes even whiter than a paper.

Her reaction satisfies Ko Chen. He wouldn’t do so much with this kind of woman who has plotted against Yu Fei if he had another choice. Pulling her hands away, Ko Chen walks into the bedroom without even giving her a look. Then the door is closed. As for what she will do, Ko Chen doesn’t care at all.

A bath takes away his tiredness. Then Ko Chen walks out of the bathroom with only a tower covering his private part. Out of his expectation, he sees Yu Yu sitting on his bed. Immediately he looks around and finds that he didn’t lock his door after going into the room, for he didn’t expect that Yu Yu would still come into his room after hearing such words. He stands in place in a grimmer manner. “Get out.” His order is compelling. Drops of water slide on his back from his hair ends.

Yu Yu does not react as if his words are not heard. She still sits on the bed with her head lowered. Half of her hair which originally is on her shoulders hides her side face which cannot be seen by Ko Chen now. Ko Chen knows it is her silent resistance.

Patience completely leaves Ko Chen and he picks up the telephone receiver, ready to call the bodyguards. However, his intention seems to be predicted by Yu Yu and she throws herself on him. She is so strong that Ko Chen who doesn’t have preparations falls down on the floor.

Ko Chen is held tightly by Yu Yu who is more like like an octopus. She seems that she is determined not to let him go, no matter how hard he pushes her away. He roars at Yu Yu in a rage, “What the hell do you want?” Yu Yu raises her head and grins in a ghastly manner. Looking at the present Yu Yu, Ko Chen feels somehow terrified.
