102 Was She Going to Die?
Zhao Baotian’s wife, Miss Liu, was afraid that if Madam Yang pissed off Zhao Chuchu, Zhao Baotian would be bedridden for the rest of his life.
“Mom, let’s head out first. She wouldn’t dare to not fix Baotian’s leg after taking your money.” Miss Liu mustered up all her courage and dragged Madam Yang out of the room.
Madam Yang took the opportunity to leave. She didn’t dare to lash out at Zhao Chuchu, so she sat at the door and started howling. “Why is god doing this to me? Why is my life so difficult? All my sons are fiends. They’re sucking away my life…”
“Old hag, you better stop making noise, or I’ll give you a portion of poison!” Zhao Chuchu’s voice came from the room.
Madam Yang’s voice was stifled. She didn’t dare to make any more noise.
!!
Zhao Baotian shrieked for another half an hour before Zhao Chuchu came out of his room.
Zhao Baofen’s condition was even worse than Zhao Baotian’s. Zhao Chuchu could smell rotten flesh in the air.
Zhao Baogen heard his brother shrieking the whole time just now. When he saw Zhao Chuchu walk into the room, his pale face turned even whiter than before.
He started moving backward subconsciously. There was fear written all over his face.
Zhao Chuchu walked to the bedside and lifted up his blanket. She looked at Zhao Baogen’s leg and said with an eerie smile, “Still painful?”
Zhao Baogen felt a chill down his spine.
“You reap what you sow!” Zhao Chuchu glared at him and said, “Unfortunately, your dear mother just didn’t want to come and ask me earlier. I’m afraid you won’t be able to walk straight even after I treat your leg.”
“You’re doing this on purpose!” Zhao Baogen yelled angrily.
“Yup, I’m doing this on purpose. What are you going to do about it?” Zhao Chuchu laughed.
“You’re going to get punished for your sins.”
“Yup, and that punishment had landed on you, Mr. Zhao!”
“You… Ahh!”
Zhao Chuchu applied some pressure on the spot where his bone was broken. Zhao Baogen let out a blood-curdling shriek, and beads of sweat started to form on his forehead continuously.
Zhao Chuchu had painkillers and even anesthetic drugs, but she didn’t want to give them to these people!
They deserved to suffer.
Zhao Chuchu activated specific acupoints to paralyze them temporarily, but they felt every bit of pain from the treatment.
They wouldn’t die or lose consciousness; all they could do was suffer.
Madam Ma felt like someone was squeezing her heart as she listened to Zhao Baogen yell in pain. She wanted to break into the room several times but forced herself to back down when she reached the door.
That morning, the eardrum of every villager in Lengshui Village endured the scream of Zhao Baogen and Zhao Baotian.
Zhao Baogen’s injuries were more severe, so Zhao Chuchu spend more time treating him.
By the time Zhao Chuchu came out of the room, it was already noon.
Madam Ma immediately dashed into the room. Zhao Baogen lay on the bed, breathing weakly. He didn’t even have the strength to talk.
“Zhao Chuchu, you killed my daughter, and now you killed my husband. Aren’t you afraid that you’ll receive karma someday and get struck by lightning?” Madam Ma stared at Zhao Chuchu fiercely.
Zhao Chuchu suddenly reached her hand out and clutched Madam Ma’s neck. “Come again, how did your daughter die?”
The feeling of suffocation deluged Madam Ma. She could feel breathing becoming more and more difficult. She felt like her lungs were imploding.
She used every last bit of her strength to shove Zhao Chuchu’s hand away, but she was no match for Zhao Chuchu.
Zhao Chuchu could break her neck with just a bit more strength.
“Let me tell you how your daughter died! She didn’t allow me to save the people of Lengshui Village, so the soldiers from the government stabbed her to death. Someone like her would stay in the depth of hell for eternity! Do you know what hell is? How about I send you there so you can take a look for yourself?”
“Uhh… I… Ugh…”
Madam Ma gradually lost her breath, and Zhao Chuchu became more blurred in her eyes.
Was she going to die?
Just then, Zhao Chuchu released her and tossed her aside.
Madam Ma fell to the ground. The air that suddenly entered her lungs made her cough profusely.
Although she could breathe again, she felt terrified.
Zhao Chuchu looked at Madam Ma from above and said, “Zhao Zhizhi died because you didn’t teach her well. No one else should be blamed for her death but you!”
